FACULTY POSITIONS
 IIMT invites applications for Faculty Positions as per the details mentioned below:
Areas: Marketing, Finance, Operations, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Management
Strategy and Business Policy, Business Economics, International Business

Qualifications: * Doctorate or equivalent qualification in the appropriate field from a reputed Indian or Foreign University. * Good record of published work. * Industry/consultancy experience is preferable.
Responsibilities: * Design, Develop and Teach Ph.D / MBA level courses.  * Supervision of doctoral candidates.
* Publication in reputed journals and participate/organize National and International seminars / conferences.
Pay Scales: * Senior Professor - Rs. 23,000 - 750 - 27,500 / Rs. 25,000 - 1000 - 35,000
* Professor - Rs. 18,400 - 500 - 22,400 / Rs. 21,000 - 600 - 24,600
* Associate Professor - Rs. 16,400 - 450 - 20,000

In addition to the basic pay, DA, HRA, CCA, CPF (as given above) plus LTC, Medical, Leave encashment and Gratuity will be paid as per rules. The faculties are encouraged to take up consultancy work on sharing basis as per rules. Candidates will be considered for appointment for appropriate faculty positions depending on their qualifications and experience.
NRI / other Faculty Members from abroad are encouraged to apply for regular / visiting Faculty Positions at IIMT.
